Melway Property Solutions is a family run business partnering with landlords, letting agents to offer property management and home transformation services for shared accommodation properties.
We started this company because of the frustrations of our properties being poorly managed, tenants not being vetted properly and costly repairs at the end of a tenancy.

We provide a light refurbishment service consisting of decorating and remodelling or replacement of existing furniture if necessary. We can also manage any property related services on your behalf.

It’s in our interest to keep your property in good condition as we need to keep the rooms occupied. We even pay for minor maintenance. and fortnightly cleaning of all communal areas.
